Terms and Conditions for Ticket Purchase
1. General
1.1. By purchasing a ticket to The Bridge Clinic's Benefit Concert, BBQ, and Festival event on July 27, 2024, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
1.2. The event will be held at 1 Declaration Drive, Bensalem, PA.
1.3 In the event of a rescheduled date due to rain or other unforeseen circumstances, these terms and conditions will still apply.
2. Ticket Purchase
2.1. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, except in the case of a rescheduled rain date.
2.2. All ticket sales are final. In the event of cancellation by The Bridge Clinic, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
3. Admission
3.1. You must present a valid ticket receipt for admission to the event.
3.2. The Bridge Clinic reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone who does not comply with the event policies or terms and conditions.
4. Conduct
4.1. Attendees are expected to behave in a respectful and orderly manner.
4.2. The Bridge Clinic reserves the right to remove any attendee who is disruptive or poses a threat to the safety and enjoyment of others.
5. Liability
5.1. The Bridge Clinic is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property that occurs during the event.
5.2. Attendees participate in the event at their own risk.
6. Photography and Videography
6.1. By attending the event, you consent to being photographed and filmed. The Bridge Clinic reserves the right to use these images and videos for promotional purposes.
6.2. Personal photography and videography are allowed, but professional equipment is prohibited without prior authorization.
7. Alcohol and Drugs
7.1. The consumption of alcohol is restricted to designated areas and only by individuals of legal drinking age.
7.2. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal from the event.
8. Food and Beverage
8.1. Outside food and beverages are not allowed unless specifically authorized by The Bridge Clinic.
8.2. Food and beverages will be available for purchase at the event.
9. Pets
9.1. Dogs are allowed at the event under the following conditions:
9.1.1. Dogs must be on a leash at all times.
9.1.2. Owners must clean up after their dogs.
9.1.3. Dogs must be friendly and well-behaved. Aggressive dogs will not be permitted.
9.1.4. Dogs must be current on rabies and distemper vaccines.
9.1.5. The Bridge Clinic reserves the right to ask any attendee with a dog to leave if the dog is deemed a threat to the safety or enjoyment of others.
9.2. Pets other than dogs are not allowed at the event, without written authorization by The Bridge Clinic.
10. Changes to the Event
10.1. The Bridge Clinic reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, performers, or other event details without prior notice.
11. Data Protection
11.1. Personal information provided during ticket purchase will be used in accordance with The Bridge Clinic’s privacy policy.
12. Governing Law
12.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
